This is not a medical advice site—it’s a place to laugh, relate, and feel less alone in the mess. The content reflects common experiences that many providers will recognize, but it is not intended to represent actual patients, employers, or organizations.

At its heart, Salty NP exists to remind healthcare workers that while the job can be exhausting, frustrating, and occasionally ridiculous, you’re not the only one living through it. Sometimes, we just need a little salt with our scrubs.
